HOW LONG DOES AN ESTIMATE TAKE?
Estimates can range anywhere from 5-20 minutes depending on the amount of damages present.
We inspect your vehicle, write up your quote, and discuss the repairs and what operations are required. You could also use our online estimator and receive an estimate within 24 hours.
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN BODY SHOP WHEN INSURANCE INSISTS ON A DIFFERENT FACILITY?
Despite what insurance companies might tell you, you as the customer always have the right to choose wherever you want to repair your vehicle.
WHEN IS MY DEDUCTIBLE DUE?
Your deductible is always due when the repairs are completed, prior to the release of the vehicle.
DO YOU PROVIDE RENTALS?
We are partnered with Enterprise and provide rental services straight from our facility.
DO MY REPAIRS HAVE WARRANTY?
All of our repairs come with our Limited Lifetime Warranty guaranteed. You will receive a copy of our warranty during the release of your vehicle.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE UPDATES ABOUT MY CAR?
We will call or email you periodically as your car moves through our repair line. You can also opt in for Automatic Text updates on your vehicle so you can get the latest information on your vehicle whenever you want.
WHAT IF I NEED TO BE SOMEWHERE AFTER DROPPING OFF MY VEHICLE?
While our customers are free to call Ubers or family members for rides, we offer a shuttle service where we will take you wherever you need to be after dropping off your vehicle.
DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
While calling in for an appointments is appreciated, we will gladly provide service for drop in customers as well. Appointments are appreciated for Saturday drop offs and quotes. You can make an appointment by calling us at (310)-558-1681.
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR TOWING TO YOUR SHOP?
We provide free towing to our facility for all of our customers in the Los Angeles area.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept cardless payment from Apple Pay and Google Pay.
