Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone support and responses to both clients, vendors and team
  • Uses appropriate resources to provide referrals to clients according to their requests
  • Coordinates the management of each client’s needs, appointments, vehicle requests, etc.
  • Documents the entire management of each client and their repair
  • Provides telephone and document support to clients, vendors and insurers.
  • Sends and receives faxes and e-mails, calls via telephone, and supports inbound/outbound SMS communications
  • Receive inbound leads, contact leads and push for an appointment booking
  • Order, return, follow-up on parts and materials
  • Work with marketing team to provide regular content and updates
  • Manage online support to clients in need of estimates and answers to questions

Qualifications

  • English required
  • Preferred Bilingual in Spanish
  • College degree preferred but not exclusive
  • Contact Center experience is preferred by not exclusive
  • Auto industry experience is preferred but not exclusive
  • Experience in customer service or dealing directly with customers face to face
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written use of the language
  • Requires basic skills to analyze costs and and coordinate services
  • Must have a strong orientation to problem solving and a strong ability to find solutions in situations where there is no precedent.
  • Ability to work under pressure
